The Sarawak Archery Association has replaced the 18th Sarawak Outdoor Archery Championship with the 2016 PRE SUKMA ARCHERY TOURNAMENT. The Pre SUKMA Archery Tournament will be held on March 4-8, 2016 at the same venue for SUKMA XVIII - 2016 at UNIMAS, Kota Samarahan, Sarawak. The entries for the tournament is limited to 16 participants from each invited States in Malaysia preparing for the SUKMA in July. It is not an "OPEN" archery tournament.
The 18th Sarawak Outdoor Archery Championship will be held in 2017.
