After a tough 5 days shooting in hot sun, wind and rain, the ATM Laut was crowned the Champion Team for the 13th Sarawak Outdoor Archery Championship held in the Miri Sports Stadium on November 21, 2011. Picture shows the Team Captain, Encik Harun Hamzah receiving the Datuk Judson Sakai Tagal Challenge Trophy from the Pernament Secretary of KPSU, Tuan Haji Soedirman Hj.Aini.A total of 114 participants took part in the Championship. Teams from Perak, Melaka and Terengganu did well besides the ATM Laut, ATM Darat and ATM Udara. The Team from BJ Archery Sports Centre of Kuala Berait of Brunei made it first appearance in the Championship and captured the Gold and Silver medals in the Novice Men event.
YB Datuk Lee Kim Shin, the Assistant Minister of Communication & Assistant Minister of Sports, Sarawak declared open the Championship.
