Chong Yap Jin, the Secretary General of Persatuan Memanah Negeri Sarawak is speaking on behalf of the President, Nelson Balang Rining during the Opening Ceremony. Tuan Haji Mohd. Supiah, the Lawas District Officer declared open the Championship on behalf of the Lawas Member of Parliment, Y.B. Dato Henry Sum Agong on 22-11-2011.
The Championship was closed by Miss Gloria James, the Pen.Pengarah of MSN Sarawak Northern Zone (Bintulu, Miri & Limbang) on 23-11-2011 at 3.00 pm.
